Dairy Free Tropical Berry Bowl

Here’s the deal with smoothie bowls: you can add lots of other yummy things to the mix like big chunks of fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, and (in this case) some shaved coconut. You can also drizzle a bit of Dairy Free Greek Yogurt across the top because 1) YUM! and 2) Lets be honest, it just looks a little prettier.

This tropical smoothie bowl is topped with chia seeds, strawberries, raspberries, mango (!!), almonds, and shaved coconut. Basically it’s a big bowl of deliciousness that you NEVER want to end.

Ingredients:

Smoothie Ingredients*:

1/2 cup strawberries

1/2 cup raspberries

1/2 cup mango chunks

1 cup orange juice

1/2 cup Kingland Dairy Free Natural Unsweetened Greek Style Yogurt (or use the fruit flavours for an extra flavour kick)

*Note: It is best if half of the fruit is frozen!

Toppings:

Almond slices, coconut, strawberry, raspberry, and mango slices, chia seeds, drizzled greek yogurt

Greek yogurt drizzle:

2 tablespoons of Kingland Dairy Free Natural Unsweetened Greek Style Yogurt

1 tablespoon of almond milk

Instructions:

  1. Combine all of the smoothie ingredients and blend.

  2. Pour in bowls.

  3. Top with fruit, nuts, seeds, or whatever else your heart desires.

  4. For Greek yogurt drizzle, Whisk together ingredients and drizzle over smoothie bowl.
