Moisturising Greek Yogurt Face Mask


Dairy Free Greek yogurt has lots of benefits for your body – you should definitely be eating it!

Not only should you be eating it, you should be putting it on your face too! The lactic acid is a natural cleanser and gentle scrub. Combine that with the benefits of yogurt’s probiotics, and live bacteria and you’ll end up with soft, glowing skin.

Treat Yourself with this yummy face mask, stat!

To make your own Dairy Free Greek yogurt face mask, you’ll need:

  • A couple of tablespoons of Kingland Dairy Free Natural Unsweetened Greek style yogurt

  • 1-2 teaspoons of honey (Manuka if you have it! or leave out for a vegan option)

Optional add ins:

  • Squeeze of lemon – the citric acid will also help brighten skin

  • Blueberries – blend in a few berries for additional antioxidants

Directions

Blend yogurt, honey and other ingredients together until you get a creamy paste.

Then liberally apply to your face and neck with a brush or your fingers.

Leave the mask on for 20 minutes then wash off with warm water.

Apply moisturizer and enjoy your bright, glowing skin!
