Air Fried Tofu Bites



Ingredients:

  • 500g Pureland Firm Tofu

  • 3 tbsp cornstarch or potato starch

  • 1 tbsp curry powder (or make your own blend!)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 190ºC.

  2. Pat dry excess water from the tofu with a tea towel and cut into bite sized pieces.

  3. In a small bowl, combine the starch, curry powder, salt and pepper.

  4. Coat the tofu pieces with the seasoning mixture.

  5. Optional: for crispier results, spray the seasoned tofu with a bit of cooking oil.

  6. Pop the tofu pieces into your air fryer* and cook for 10-15 minutes, until tofu is golden brown.

  7. Enjoy!

*If you’re using a smaller air fryer and your tofu pieces aren’t sitting in one layer on the air fryer basket, we recommend flipping the tofu every few minutes to ensure the pieces are cooked evenly.
